Hate Youtube Buffering Boost it 100% !!

Do you hate Youtube for buffering it videos .. i know waiting sucks so i introduced this trick which will boost your buffering speed 100% !! 

START MENU > RUN > CMD 

And Type in System.ini

A notepad file will appear and then copy the following code and past it over there but first erase what ever was written there ..
